Hello.The mayor of my town wants to name a new park after brave sailor . The name of this brave sailor is Columbus .Christopher Columbus was an important and famous person .
Columbus was in a lot of dangerous travels .Travel to Asia around the southern tip of Africa is one of them . Christopher Columbus was born in Genoa , Italy in 1451 . Travel to India was good for Columbus . On each voyage , he believed he was in India! He died in 1506 without knowing the importance of what he found on his voyages .
