Hi.I like Russian traditional food.Russian cuisine has been developing over the centuries.Russian cuisine is delicious food for me .Borscht is one of them .Borscht is a delicious soup that Russian people eat cold or hot depending on the season.Borscht contains meat,tomato juice and vegetables such as carrots and many other things.

Pelmeni is a popular main course dish in Russian cuisine.Pelmeni contains minced beef and batter. This dish ,people eat with mayonnaise or catsup . I like to eat popular Russian dishes : pancakes,borscht, pelmeni ,black or red caviar.Black caviar and pancakes are central in the cuisine of Russia.
